B.Sc. from the University of Passau, specializing in Intercultural Management. Certifications in Positive Psychology, Resilience, and Mindfulness for Peak Performance from the University of Pennsylvania and practitioner institutions.
Her 8-week Resilience Skills program was selected by the US headquarters of a global FinTech and received the Luxembourg Learning and Development Award. She developed Human Performance Intelligence as a framework explaining how performance emerges, degrades, and can be sustained in AI-driven work.
Michel Moutier — graduated from NEOMA Business School and spent the early part of his career in FMCG before moving into consulting at PA Consulting Group for ten years. Later served as VP of Strategy for an American web agency.
Founded his own consulting practice in Paris in 2012 and moved to Luxembourg in 2017, working with organizations from SMEs to multinationals across private and public sectors. Trained in Mindfulness at Work at Oxford and in CBT and MBCT with Harvard Medical School.
